This order is the Port Transfer (Port of Yampi Sound) Transitional Order 2021. It specifies assets of the State that are to become property of the port authority and substitutes references in documents and proceedings from the State, the Transport Minister, the Transport Department or the Transport CEO to the port authority, the CEO or a member of staff.
