Port transfer (port of varanus island) transitional order 2021 made under the act schedule clause 58 by the minister for ports. This order comes into operation as follows—(a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. An agreement, instrument or document that is to have effect as if references to the port authority, or the ceo or a member of staff, were substituted in accordance with this order, for references in it to the state, the transport minister, the transport department or the transport ceo (however expressed), is specified in schedule 1.
