Made under the firefighters and emergency volunteers legislation amendment (compensation) act 2016 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the firefighters and emergency volunteers legislation amendment (compensation) act 2016 commencement proclamation (no. 2) 2017. The firefighters and emergency volunteers legislation amendment (compensation) act 2016, other than parts 1 and 4, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
