It is hereby notified for public information that the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), acting pursuant to part 8 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, has recommended the revocation of improvement plan no. 35—perth waterfront. The recommendation has been accepted by the minister for planning and the governor and is effective on and from the date of publication of this notice in the government gazette.
