In the matter of Russell David Traill, late of 69 Austral Parade, Bunbury in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons who have claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the abovementioned deceased, who died on 16 August 2017 at Bunbury Hospital, Bunbury in the State of Western Australia, are required by the Executrix of his estate, Paula Michelle Traill, to send particulars of their claims to her c/- Bostock & Ryan, Solicitors, po box 200, Victoria Park wa 6979 within thirty-one (31) days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executrix may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
