In the matter of the estate of jean maizie margetts, late of melville aged care nursing home, [contact details redacted] of western australia (formerly of [contact details redacted] state of western australia) deceased (“deceased”). creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 24th day of april 2018, are required by the executor, douglas george brown, to send the particulars of their claim to havilah legal of level 2, [contact details redacted] 8th day of july 2018, after which date the said administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
