Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 may 2018, are required by the executor, john devlin reidy-crofts of care of solomon brothers, level 15, 197 st georges terrace, perth wa 6000, to send particulars of their claims to them by the 16th day of september 2018, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
