Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 may 2022, are required by the executors, dianne saltiel masel and alex topelberg of care of solomon brothers, level 15, [contact details redacted] 6000, to send particulars of their claims to them by 13 december 2023, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
