The Shire of Northam resolved on 18 April 2018 to make the Standing Orders Local Law 2018. These Local Laws provide rules and guidelines which apply to the conduct of meetings of the Council and its committees and to meetings of electors. All meetings are to be conducted in accordance with the Act, the Regulations and these Local Laws.
