Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 june 2015, are required by the administrators daina elliott and kylie francis white, both of care of carles solicitors, 1st floor, [contact details redacted] 6000 to send particulars of their claims to them at the address of carles solicitors within 31 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
