Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late damien anthony carroll of 3/170 ardross street, mount pleasant in the state of western australia, deceased 12 december 2021, are required to send particulars of their claims to yousseff khalil samaha and najwa samaha, executors, c/- avery & ashoorian lawyers, po box 3144, myaree, wa 6154 by 18 march 2022, after which date the executors may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
