Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estates of the under mentioned deceased persons are required by the executor Mhairi McHugh to send particulars of their claims to them within one calendar month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
