Made by the fes commissioner of the department of fire and emergency services under section 18(2) of the bush fires act 1954. This notice is the bush fires (restricted burning times) amendment notice (no. 6) 2025. Amends schedule 1 by deleting the restricted burning times of the shire of donnybrook-balingup and inserting the following instead: 1 november—26 april shire of donnybrook-balingup.
