David Robert Michael MLA, Designated Authority, revokes the delegation instrument dated 1 April 2019 and delegates powers and functions under the Offshore Minerals Act 1994 (Cth) to persons holding specified positions within the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety of the State of Western Australia, as detailed in the schedule. The delegated powers cannot be further delegated.
