It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of shark bay local planning scheme amendment on 8 december 2022 for the purpose of— 1. amending 'schedule b—special use zones' as applicable to lots 350 and 351 hamelin pool road, hamelin pool (su7) by inserting 'telecommunication infrastructure' in column 3 after the text stating 'as a 'd' use;' and before the term 'tourist development'.
