Pursuant to regulation 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I cancel notice MH401 published in the Government Gazette on 25 October 1991 and restrict the speed of all vessels to 5 knots in the following are—monkey mia: all that water contained in an area commencing 200 metres east of the jetty at monkey mia and extending back along the foreshore in a westerly direction for a distance of 400 metres and extending 300 metres to seaward, with the exception of the gazetted closed waters to motorised vessels area.
