In the matter of the estate of maisie edna devenish late of 82 oakmont avenue, mandurah, wa, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 (wa) relate in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on august 5, 2016 are required by the executrix irene kay floyd appointed pursuant to double probate to send the particulars of their claim to rattigan kearney & bochat solicitors, 20 council avenue, rockingham wa 6168 within 1 month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the said executrix may convey or distribute the estate having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
