In the matter of the estate of Richard Ivan Cade late of 121/38 Norwood Avenue, Baldivis, WA, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relate in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on June 15, 2025 are required by the executor Edward James Cade Esq. to send the particulars of their claim to Rattigan Kearney & Bochat Solicitors, 20 Council Avenue, Rockingham WA 6168 within 1 month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the estate having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
