Amends the surveillance devices regulations 1999 regarding regulation 6(1)(e)(ii).

These regulations amend the surveillance devices regulations 1999. In regulation 6(1)(e)(ii) delete “or (e)(i) or 57(2)(a);” and insert: or (e)(i), 57(2)(a) or 74g(c), (d) or (e);
