Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on 04/07/2023 are required by the executors, james anthony wyrewenaden, gina rosa zammit, angela carmel dudding, and marissa jane zammit all of care of lewis kitson lawyers of level 1, 43 kishorn road, applecross, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of the publication of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which they then have notice.
