Notice is hereby given that the Western Australian Planning Commission has resolved to revoke planning control area 162—kenwick rail freight facility pursuant to section 113 of the planning and development act 2005, and that the minister for planning has granted approval to the revocation. Metropolitan region scheme amendment 1382/57—kenwick rail freight facility-railways reservation replaces the interim control measure provided by pca 162. The revocation of planning control area 162 is effective from the date of this notice in the government gazette.
