These regulations are the public sector management (general) amendment regulations 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows β (a) regulations 1 and 2 β on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations β on the day after that day. These regulations amend the public sector management (general) regulations 1994. Delete regulation 14(a) and (b) and insert: (a) persons employed under the vocational education and training act 1996 section 47; and
