Amends the Public Sector Management (General) Regulations 1994 regarding persons employed under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996 section 47.

These regulations are the public sector management (general) amendment regulations 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the public sector management (general) regulations 1994. Delete regulation 14(a) and (b) and insert: (a) persons employed under the vocational education and training act 1996 section 47; and

Amends the Public Sector Management (General) Regulations 1994 by deleting regulation 5(b).
Approves a separation scheme for Local Operations employees of the Department of Communities or Disability Services Commission to apply for voluntary severance.
Amends the Public Sector Management Act 1994 by deleting Schedule 1 item 12.
