Made under the Main Roads Act 1930 section 13 by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Commissioner of Main Roads. This proclamation is the Main Roads (Highways and Main Roads) Proclamation 2017. It declares roads or sections of roads to be highways or main roads, and roads or sections of roads to cease to be highways or main roads as shown on the drawings listed in Schedules 1-4.
