The council of the Shire of Murray resolved on 9 March 2017 to make the Waste Local Law 2016 under the powers conferred by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law commences 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette and applies throughout the district. Part 4 Division 2 of the Shire of Murray Health Local Law 1999 is repealed.
