I, richard john rogerson, executive director, resource tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the mining act 1978, hereby cancels the exemption over the land described hereunder and originally declared on 7 may 2012 and published in the government gazette dated 18 may 2012. The subject land is now subject to divisions 1 to 5 of part iv of the mining act 1978.
