An exemption is granted to all relevant duty holders from Regulations 107, 108 and 109 of the “Transport Regulations” regarding the display of “EIPs” on “particular IBCs” described in Chapters 5.2 and 5.3.3 of the “ADG Code”. The exemption is conditional on displaying dangerous goods markings and labels in compliance with the “IMDG Code” and hazardous chemical information in compliance with the “GHS”.
