Made by the minister under section 54(2). This instrument is the joint authority southern demersal gillnet and demersal longline managed fishery management plan revocation notice 2018. The joint authority southern demersal gillnet and demersal longline managed fishery management plan 1992 is revoked. This instrument will come into operation on 1 december 2018.
