This instrument amends the West Coast Deep Sea Crustacean Managed Fishery Management Plan 2012. Key changes include definitions for 'approved ALC', 'approved directions', 'fishing trip', 'pull', and 'set'. It also replaces 'fish trap' with 'pot' in clauses 9, 9A, and 16(12)(b). Part 7A is inserted, detailing requirements for automatic location communicators (ALC) and nominations for fishing activities.
