Approval is granted to Wespine to allow the level of noise emitted from the Dardanup sawmill to exceed the standard prescribed under regulation 7(1)(a) if the level of noise when received at premises of a type specified in column 1 of the Table, at a time of day specified in column 2 of the Table opposite those premises, does not exceed, in relation to the type of premises and the time — (a) the L approved level specified in column 3 of the Table; or (b) the L approved level specified in column 4 of the Table; or (c) the L approved level specified in column 5 of the Table.
