The council of the Shire of Narrogin resolved on 27 November 2019 to make the following local law under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. This is the Shire of Narrogin Waste Local Law 2019. This local law commences 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette and applies throughout the district.
