In the estate of jann elizabeth stirling who died on 23 july 2021, of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate being mohi josef kingi and steven ngawhika kingi, both of [contact details redacted] solicitors, suite 9, [contact details redacted] their claims to them by 18 february 2022, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
