Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 august 2021, are required by the executor of the estate, mark jason civitella of care of gg legal, [contact details redacted] their claims to him at the address stated herein within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
