In the notice published in the Government Gazette dated 9 January 2018 on pages 59-60 an error occurred. The land description in the corrigendum notice for Lexden Park at 2 Jamieson Rd, Capel incorrectly defined the curtilage. The correct land description for Lexden Park should read as Lot 72 on Deposited Plan 232780, Portion of Lot 125 on Deposited Plan 232780 and Unallocated Crown Land (being a portion of The Capel River), together as shown on HC Curtilage Map P3022-0.
