John Carey MLA, Minister for Planning and Lands, in accordance with section 265 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, revokes a previous Instrument of Delegation and delegates functions under the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011 to specific offices within the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage, as detailed in Schedule 1.
