Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 3 December 2007 and published in the Government Gazette dated 7 December 2007 for the area described, from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 2 December 2027.
