The Public Trustee intends to exercise powers granted pursuant to Orders made by Justice Forrester on 28 November 2025, including the power to sell Robert John Snyder's interest in properties at 94 Lakeside Parkway, Herron and 38A Challenger Place, Melville; discharge mortgages; purchase property at 607 Lyon Road, Wandi; execute documents; and complete contracts on behalf of Robert John Snyder.
