This order may be cited as the public health (notifiable infectious diseases) order (no. 2) 2020. This order comes into operation on the day on 30 july 2020. This order expires 6 months from the commencement date. This order revokes and replaces any previous orders pertaining to matters as set out under the schedule. Human coronavirus with pandemic potential is declared to be— (a) a notifiable infectious disease; and (b) an urgently notifiable infectious disease.
