This is a State Planning Policy made under Part 3 of the Planning and Development Act 2005. This policy may be cited as State Planning Policy 7.2 Precinct Design (SPP 7.2). To provide guidance on the design, planning, assessment and implementation of precinct structure plans, local development plans, subdivision and development in areas identified as precincts.
