Jared Andrew Barnett, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 26 October 2012 and published in the Government Gazette dated 02 November 2012 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 25 October 2026.
