Orders the commencement and continuation dates for civil and criminal sittings at Perth during 2024.

Pursuant to the powers conferred by the Supreme Court Act 1935, the Judges of the Supreme Court order that civil sittings at Perth for the trial of causes and issues of fact during 2024 shall commence on Tuesday, 9 January 2024 and continue until Tuesday, 24 December 2024, except for vacations and public service holidays. Criminal sittings at Perth during 2024 shall commence on specified dates. The Winter Vacation for 2024 shall commence on Monday, 1 July 2024 and terminate on Friday, 12 July 2024.
