Notice of amendment to two Instruments of Delegation is given. The WAPC resolved to amend the Instrument of Delegation 2018/01 Delegation to officers and the Instrument of Delegation 2017/01 Delegation to Committees. This instrument is to take effect upon the proclamation of the Strata Titles Amendment Act 2018.
