Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Gosnells resolved on 19 December 2017 to make the following local law: This local law may be cited as the City of Gosnells Extractive Industries Repeal Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law shall apply throughout the district of the City of Gosnells. The City of Gosnells Extractive Industries Local Law 2000 is hereby repealed.
