The Attorney General, under the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003 section 18(2)(g)(vii), declares listed persons, bodies and authorities to be subject to section 18(2)(g) of the Act. Repeals previous declarations made in 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2011.
