Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, Mark Anthony Crawford, 31 Canning Mills Road, Kelmscott, WA 6111 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
