Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 3rd october 2017, are requested by the executor, mark anthony crawford of 31 canning mills road, kelmscott, western australia to send particulars of their claims to the executor at the address stated herein within one (1) month of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
