Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on the 26th day of April 2024 are required by the personal representative Robert Quek Fah Ho and David Quet Kiaw Ho c/- Greenstone Legal, [contact details redacted] their claims to them within 30 days from the date of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
