Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 march 2022, are required by the trustee, stephanie falconer of 8 vitis chase, ashby, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to her by the 31st day of august 2024, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
