Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47 of the Partnership Act 1895 that the partnership previously subsisting between THFC Pty Ltd as Trustee of the Allynay Trust, Whealy Nominees Pty Ltd as Trustee of the Healy Business Trust, Pontos (WA) Pty Ltd as Trustee of the JSM Newop Trust, Tusker Rock Pty Ltd as Trustee for the Adbrynu Melys Trust, Walk the Journey Pty Ltd as the Trustee for the Red Dirt Family Trust and PVMS Pty Ltd as Trustee for the Octomore Trust carrying on the business known as “The Hall Chadwick Partnership” (Partnership) has changed. On 30 April 2021 THFC Pty Ltd as Trustee of the Allynay Trust ceased to be a partner in the Partnership.
