Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 26/04/2021, are required by the trustee of the late Edith May Thomas, c/- mountains lawyers, [contact details redacted] trustee within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
