Designates the holder of the position of Director WorkSafe Petroleum Safety and Dangerous Goods (MP130107) within the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety as the Chief Dangerous Goods Officer, pursuant to section 25(2) of the Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004 (WA). All previous designations are revoked.
